Since I did not play the on-line version, I did not even see a lot of what is shown on the game spot review. That and the campaign is short, maybe 10 hours at best. In the campaign there is very little option to choose a different rout or method. Additionally, the advertisements show an open battlefield. If you only like run and gun, then this campaign is for you as this is done real well. So in order to enjoy the campaign, you almost always have to run and gun, rather than flank or outsmart the enemy. This does not work, as friendly fire is not acceptable. This is so frustrating that I actually tried to shoot my own men to get them out of my way or to stop them from running into battle in fro nt of me. Often times all the fun is taken by your own AI teammates well before you even get to the location of the fight. They also move directly in front of you while you are already shooting an enemy. They always immediately run into battle and kill the opposition, often before you even get there. You almost always have to follow your AI team leader instead of lead. Yes the campaign is good but your team AI is poor. With Battlefield 3, a new purchase is not worth the cost. Personally I mostly play the campaign of each new release than trade it in. The Support class provides the Assault class with ammunition. This class primarily uses assault rifles and machine guns in combat. The Assault class is best suited for dealing with other troops. There are four roles players can take in multiplayer, each one changing the gameplay significantly. The game includes over 10 maps, each with different environments and obstacles to overcome. Match types range from killing all the soldiers on the enemy team to taking and defending tactical positions. In this game mode, players take to the land and air to defeat the opposing force.
The true heart of this Battlefield 3 game is its multiplayer mode. However, after the story mode is finished, the real Battlefield experience begins. The story mode in Battlefield 3 takes roughly six hours to finish. This storytelling approach gives insights to the heroes and villains, providing a unique layer of depth to this conflict.
